Acceptance and outcome
A run is delivered when PatchFlow produces a draft PR and records the configured Check verdict on its exact head commit. A failed or stopped run remains visible evidence but is not represented as merge-ready. The customer alone decides whether to merge. The pilot review records human edits, merge/close outcome, support time, and any disputed result.
Before a paid order is valid
Order formA paid pilot starts only under a signed order form that records GST treatment, registered address, governing law, liability cap, customer entity, start date, repository and run cap, and authorised signatories.
